SABOR: San Antonio home sales Dec. 2015

​SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) has
released home sales data for December 2015.

• The median price of existing single-family homes increased
  to $180,000, up 2.9 percent from November 2015.

• Existing single-family home sales increased 19.8 percent
  from November 2015 for a December 2015 total of 1,754 sold units.

• Condos increased in price to $116,250, up 14.8 percent from
  November 2015.

• Existing condo sales increased 4.2 percent in December 2015 from
  November 2015 for a total of 50 sold units.
