​​​​DALLAS – Consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is expanding its local office to 200,000 sf within a yet-to-be built 20-story, 500,000-sf office tower next to Klyde Warren Park in Uptown.

Trammel Crow Co. and Metlife Inc. are developing Park District, an office and apartment tower at the northwest corner of Pearl St. and the Woodall Rodgers Fwy. Park District's office tower is slated to break ground Jan. 15 with an expected completion by the end of 2017. PwC will occupy floors 12 to 19 starting in 2018.

In addition to the 20-story office tower, Park District will also include a 34-story, 253-unit luxury residential tower with 13,000 sf feet of retail space. The apartment tower is being developed by Trammel Crow affiliate High Street Residential​. 

The office tower will also have 7,000 sf of retail space. Other plans include four levels of below-grade parking, an executive lounge, fitness facility, onsite Chase banking and outdoor amenity spaces. ​​

HKS Inc. is the architect. CBRE represented both PwC and Trammel Crow.
