San Antonio: Millennium1 calls it quits with 106 jobs

SAN ANTONIO – Millennium1 Solutions, a Toronto-based
business process outsourcing solutions provider, is shutting its San Antonio
facility and eliminating all 106 jobs in the process.

Millennium1’s facility is located at 5750 NW Parkway in
Northwest San Antonio.

Millennium1’s departure is tied to the same company that brought
it to San Antonio in the first place in 2014.

Millennium1 opened a contact center in San Antonio to serve
the growth needs of this major client.

At full capacity, the Texas center was expected to offer as
many as 211 new jobs in San Antonio, according to the 2014 press release.

But, growth projections by this major client changed, which
has led to Millennium1’s decision to depart.

Northwest Parkway lease was for 16,200 sf.
