Houston: Loomis signs for 46,000-SF lease at CityWest

​​HOUSTON – Loomis, a cash handling services company, signed a lease for two full floors at 2500 CityWest.

The 25-story, 580,234-sf Class A office tower was built in 1982 in the Westchase submarket.

Loomis will occupy 46,185 sf on the eighth and ninth floors. 

The JLL team of Dan Bellow and Kevin Block represented Loomis. Win Haggard and Marilyn Guion of Colvill Office Properties represented the landlord.
