Plano Parkway office property changes hands

​PLANO – A 113,299-sf office complex located at 2701 W. Plano Pkwy. has been sold to Plano Parkway Business Center LLC​​​, a syndication partnership. 

Built in 1998, the property was sold by Plano Plaza LLC, which was represented by Transwestern. SVN | Trinity Advisors will manage the office building. 

The property is on almost nine acres just north of the George Bush Turnpike Corridor between the Dallas North Tollway and US 75 in the heart of the Telecom Corridor known as Silicon Prairie.

Current tenants include Republic Title of Texas, Wizetrade, Patient-Physician Network and Teradyne.
