Dallas mixed-use ‘Union’ in Uptown

​​DALLAS – Fort Worth-based accounting firm Weaver will lease two floors in the new Union project at Field St. and Cedar Springs Rd.
The company will move its 200 workers to 58,000 sf in the project in 2018.

Downtown Dallas law firm Vinson & Elkins said it was relocating to the office, apartment and retail project.

Weaver is coming a lot farther. The company is now located in the Park Central development near LBJ Fwy. and North Central Expressway in North Dallas.

A project of RED Development, The Union will include a 22-story 417,000-sf office tower, a 309-unit apartment high-rise 87,000 sf of retail space.

Grocer Tom Thumb will anchor the shopping space.​
