​​​​​COLLEGE STATION – November home sales data for most Texas cities are now posted on the Center’s website.​

Overall sales were down 1.8 percent from a year ago. Last month, 18,926 homes were sold.​​

The median price statewide was $193,600, up 4.9 percent from $184,600 last November.

Listings were also up from a year ago. Just over 83,400 homes were listed last month, up 6.6 percent from November 2014.

Inventory was at 3.4 months compared with 3.3 months a year ago.
