DALLAS – Florida-based America’s Capital Partners has purchased Signature Exchange, a two-tower North Dallas office complex, for $58.5 million.
The 460,000-sf office complex at 14755 Preston Rd. underwent a $6.8 million renovation two years ago.
The 33-year-old property has a four-level parking garage and is on about ten acres. It is 92 percent occupied. Tenants include EMC Corporation, Regus, Equifax and Yardi Systems.
CBRE secured financing on behalf of the borrower and represented the seller, CBRE Global Investors.
