SAN ANTONIO – EastGroup Properties Inc. will start construction in late January on a 134,700-sf build-to-suit for Coastal Life Technologies, a medical device manufacturer.
The building will include 16,000 sf of office space and 25,000 sf of clean room and manufacturing space.
Coastal Life is currrently headquartered in the Alamo Ridge Business Park.
