HOUSTON – Trammell Crow Co. recently wrapped up construction on Energy Center Four — the 599,978-sf, 22-story high-rise that’s 100 percent preleased to multinational energy corporation, ConocoPhillips.
The company also fully occupies the 546,604-sf Energy Center Three building, which it took occupancy of in August, according to CoStar information.
Energy Center Four broke ground June 2014 at 925 N. Eldridge Pkwy. in the Katy Fwy. West submarket in Houston’s Energy Corridor.
