Latest Pearl luxury development ‘shines’ in Houston

​HOUSTON – A new "Pearl" branded luxury apartment community has opened in Houston’s Westchase District.

The 376-unit apartment building, known as the Pearl Woodlake, is at 2033 S. Gessner Rd., between Westheimer and Briar Forrest.

Apartment rents range from $1,250 to $2,600 per unit, featuring studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 607 to 1,551 sf.

Designs and amenities at Pearl Woodlake include open floor plans, wood-style floors, full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets, a resort-style pool, eVgo car-charging stations and a large dog park and dog-washing station.

Construction on the development began in early 2014, and the project was originally slated to open in summer 2015.

Construction also began on the Pearl Washington in summer 2014. The project is slated to open in 2016 at the corner of Washington Ave. and T.C. Jester.

Other Pearl projects include Pearl CityCentre and Pearl Residences at CityCentre, which broke ground in May 2014 near Beltway 8.
