GEPAR: El Paso area home sales Nov. 2015

​​EL PASO – The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors
(GEPAR) has released home sales data for November 2015.

• The median price of existing single-family homes increased
  to $126,900, up 1.6 percent from October 2015.

• Existing single-family home sales decreased 23.3 percent
  from October 2015 for a November 2015 total of 303 sold units.

• Condos decreased in price to $79,900, down 26.2 percent from
  October 2015.

• Existing condo sales decreased 34.8 percent in November 2015
  from October 2015 for a total of 15 sold units.
