PetSmart treats to Port Arthur’s 90K-SF shopping center

​​​​​PORT ARTHUR – One of Port Arthur’s newest shopping centers, located at the intersection of US 69 and FM 365, is now full with PetSmart​ taking the final retail space.

The 13,000-sf pet store followed Hobby Lobby and Party City in filling up the 90,000-sf shopping center owned by Houston-based Baker Katz.      

Another project is underway for a 7,000-sf building in the foreground of the shopping center, which will house a Chipotle, a Firehouse Subs and a Gulfside Dental, all expected to open in early 2016, according to the statement.

Baker Katz has also updated the interior and the exterior of the shopping center.
