Radler Enterprises lands ‘sweet’ 20,000-SF deal in Sugar Land office
SUGAR LAND – Applus RTD signed a lease for 20,000 sf for a new regional headquarters at 3 Sugar Creek Center in Sugar Land.
The company, which provides non-destructive testing, inspection, and certification services to the energy, utility and infrastructure industries, will occupy the majority of the top floor of the 153,000-sf building.
The office will be used to consolidate several locations, according to the building owner, Radler Enterprises.
The Sugar Land building is 91 percent leased with the new lease.
In other deals this year, Radler Enterprises leased over 37,000 sf to North Cypress Medical Center and 12,000 sf to Davita at its Fairfield Plaza property at 15103 Mason Rd. in Cypress.
It added Livingston International, Howden Roots and Clearly Petroleum as tenants in its 600,000-sf Beltway Lakes campus at 5825-5775 N. Sam Houston Parkway W.
