Ozburn Hessey Logistics lands 100K-SF industrial space in Fort Worth

​​FORT WORTH – As part of its fast-paced expansion in North Texas, Ozburn Hessey Logistics LLC has landed its sixth location in the region at Northport Trade Center Building II in Fort Worth.

The deal landed within a 30-day window for 100,500 sf of industrial space, which is all of the building at 731 Eight Twenty Blvd.

The industrial complex is 94 percent leased with only 24,276 sf of space left within the property.
