DALLAS - Vancouver-based Pure Multi-Family REIT has agreed to sell the Windsong Apts. to an undisclosed buyer for $22 million, or approximately $83,000 per unit.
The deal is slated to close on or around December 28. 
Pure Multi-Family REIT paid $16.5 million back in 2013 for the 264-unit community, which delivered in 1985 on ten acres at 17717 Vail St. in Dallas’ Timberglen/Oak Tree submarket.
