  • The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $195,000, up 2.1% from October 2015.
  • Existing single-family home sales decreased 23.0% from October 2015 for a November 2015 total of 5,385 sold units.
  • Condos increased in price to $169,000, up 7.0% from October 2015.
  • Existing condo sales decreased 20.1% in November 2015 over October 2015 for a total of 385 sold units.​
