​​​​DALLAS – Irving-based business applications provider OneSource Virtual has started construction on its new Dallas corporate campus at Cypress Waters, which is expected to house more than 1,300 employees in the next few years.

Work has begun on the $3.5 billion, 1,000-acre master-planned community where the development site at 9001 Cypress Waters Blvd. will soon house a 217,169-sf office building.
"We have experienced hyper growth over the last few years, and with that growth comes a need for a more high tech and innovative campus," said Brian Williams, OneSource Virtual’s co-founder and CEO.
Construction is slated for completion on the building in late summer 2016.
Plans for the master-planned community at Cypress Waters include Cheddar’s corporate headquarters, a future health and fitness club, Shops of Cypress Waters, a future town center and a CISD elementary school which is currently under construction.
