OneSource Virtual relocates to Cypress Waters

​​DALLAS – ​​​​Business application provider OneSource Virtual is relocating to the Cypress​ Waters office development.

Cypress Waters, developed by Billingsley Company, is a 1,000-acre master-planned development.

OneSource’s new building will be at 9001 Cypress Waters Blvd. It will have 217,169 sf of office space. Construction is slated for completion in late summer 2016.

Colliers International represented OneSource in the transaction.
