​TEXAS CITY –​​ EDIFIS has purchased Palmer Plaza, a 98,816-sf retail center positioned on 8.42 acres in the heart of the city’s main retail corridor. 

Located at Emmett F. Lowry Expy. and SH 146 adjacent to a newly-constructed H.E.B., the center includes two outparcel buildings. 

Palmer Plaza is 94.1 percent leased to a mix of national and local tenants, including Goodwill, Dollar Tree, Anytime Fitness, T-Mobile and Ace Cash Express. 

HFF arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Weingarten Realty Investors. ​
