$700M trail to Wolf Ranch in Georgetown
GEORGETOWN - Texas-based Hillwood Communities has broken ground on 755-acre Wolf Ranch, a $700 million residential subdivision that Hillwood said will be the largest master-planned community in Georgetown to date.
Hillwood will partner with the Wolf family, which had owned the land for 65 years, to build the master-planned subdivision off I-35 and SH 29.
Once completed in phases over time, the project is slated to have 1,600 houses, 900 apartments, neighborhood commercial services, an elementary school and about 140 acres that will remain as open space and parks
The houses at Wolf Ranch will be priced between $275,000 and $500,000.
Wolf Ranch is ultimately expected to be home to about 4,000 residents.
