Museum’s Gate ‘secure’ in Houston

​​​​HOUSTON – Manzel Contemporary Homes is building 29 townhomes in a new community called Museum’s Gate in the Museum District.​

Located on about 1.3 acres on Portland St., near Main St. and just behind The Museum Tower, the townhomes will be on a cul-de-sac.

The four-story townhomes will range from 2,816 sf to 4,300 sf and cost between $795,000 to upwards of $1.2 million.

The first three homes in the community are finished.​ 

Private elevators, operated through a pneumatic system, come standard, as well as a smart home system that allows homeowners to control security cameras, a dual-zone sound system and the lights from their smartphones or tablets.

The company plans to re-evaluate sales of its first seven homes before embarking on the remaining homes in early 2016.
