MetLife, Panattoni developing Lancaster industrial park

​​​​​LANCASTER – Metropolitan Life Insurance and Panattoni Development Co. are teaming up to build a 250-acre industrial park at I-20 and Dallas Ave.

The MidPoint Logistics Center, off I-20 between I-35 and I-45, will have almost four million sf of warehouse space.

Four buildings in the project will range from 340,200 to 1.6 million sf. 

JLL is marketing the new development.
