$25M Eastern Glades in Houston’s Memorial Park underway

​​HOUSTON – Eastern Glades, the first project in the Memorial Park Master Plan, has broken ground.

The 113-acre area will get improved walking trails, gardens and wetlands. The plan also includes a new roadway that will provide access to 30 acres of parkland that have previously gone unused.

The Eastern Glades project is expected to be complete in three years with an estimated cost of $25 million.
