CORPUS CHRISTI - Corpus Christi’s Development Services is reviewing some sizeable new commercial projects.

Cameron International, a multibillion-dollar oil supply company, is planning a $15.7 million facility on Bear Lane that will include a two-story office building and a one-story workshop area. Combined, the two will be more than 105,000 sf.

Jhabores Construction Co. is also constructing a new office building for $219,558, and Action Gypsum Supply is spending $650,000 on site work for a new commercial building at 522 Navigation Blvd.

Jet Specialty, another oil field supply company, also submitted plans with the city for a new building. That project will cost $213,560 at 6933 Leopard St.
