Caliente! Spanish Oaks office/medical center to Cedar Park

​​CEDAR PARK - Construction on a medical and office center called Spanish Oaks has been started with completion targeted for summer 2016.

The ten-building, 60,000-sf project, which is being constructed by Pflugerville-based Huffman Builders, is located on seven acres northwest of the intersection of E. Whitestone Blvd. and Ronald Reagan Blvd.

Tenants on the site will include Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine, an optometry practice, Dental Salon General Dentistry and Texan Allergy Clinic.

Ronald Reagan Blvd. is the site of several new housing projects between East Whitestone in Cedar Park and SH 29 in Georgetown, such as The Reserve at Caballo Ranch, which is located just north of Spanish Oaks.​
