AUSTIN – Amber Oaks Corporate Center, a ten-building, 650,000-sf corporate office campus at 9601 Amberglen Blvd. Ste. 117, has been sold.
Menlo Equities purchased the property, which is on 70 acres next to I-45 in the northwest submarket.
Amber Oaks has basketball and tennis courts, outdoor seating areas and an adjacent 120,000-sf Life Time Fitness facility.
HFF marketed the campus on behalf of the seller, secured financing and represented the buyer.
