​​DALLAS – A private investment group has purchased Triwest Plaza, a 369,025-sf office development at 3030 LBJ Freeway/I-635.

Built in 1986, the 17-story building is 75 percent leased and anchored by the headquarters of ClubCorp. 

The building has a 6,000-sf health club, conference center and outdoor plaza.

HFF represented the seller, an affiliate of HighBrook Investors.
