DALLAS – San Francisco-based Spear Street Capital, a major owner and operator of tech-related real estate, has put the Landmark Center in Dallas’ historic West End neighborhood under contract.

The six-story, 133,716-sf red brick building at 1801 N. Lamar St. in downtown Dallas has over 200 specialty retail shops and restaurants within walking distance of the 102-year-old, historically-designated property that has exposed ceilings and loft-like finishes.

Landmark Center is roughly 90 percent leased to tenants, including Amazing Technologies, Big D Creative Inc., Adaptive Audiences and Mason Holly.

According to the Dallas Central Appraisal District, the historic West End Class A building was last valued at $9.3 million.
