Iowa hawkeyes swoop up 120-unit Serena Vista in Arlington

​​ARLINGTON – Serena Vista Apartments, a 120-unit, value-add multifamily community, has been sold to Iowa-based BHE Acquisitions. 

BHE Acquisitions purchased the 105,636-sf asset — located at 1519 San Francisco Court — from Cascades 120 LLC.

Serena Vista Apartments offers fifteen different floor plans including efficiency, loft, one-, two- and three-bedroom options that range from 576 sf to 1,218 sf.

The complex, which was built in 1980, was 97 percent occupied at closing, according to CBRE​.
