​​​AUSTIN - Pennsylvania-based Brandywine Realty Trust completed construction on the second and final phase of the Encino Trace office complex. ​

The project consists of two four-story, 160,000-sf tilt-wall Class A office buildings and a 1,200-space structured parking garage at 5707 Southwest Pkwy.

The development is situated on eight acres of a 54-acre site in Austin’s Southwest submarket. 

The project broke ground in first quarter 2014 with the two buildings delivering a few months apart from each other in the second half 2015.

ARM Inc. will anchor the complex.
