260,000-SF industrial park landing near DFW airport

​IRVING – Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services is developing a three-building industrial park near the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

The 259,555-sf DFW East Logistics Center is being built on Walnut Hill Lane at Polaris Dr.

"We expect DFW East to be 40 percent to 60 percent leased when it delivers in the second quarter and fully leased by the end of 2016," said Joe Santaularia, a vice president with Bradford.

The buildings range in size from 43,636 sf to the largest at 161,782 sf.
