$100 Million Mary Kay building looking good for Lewisville

​​​​​​​LEWISVILLE – After looking at several North Texas locations, Mary Kay has chosen Lewis​​ville as the location for the company’s new $100 million building.​

The location, which hasn’t been disclosed, was chosen because of the city’s proximity to the company’s other facilities, including its headquarters on Regal Row in Addison.

CBRE aided Mary Kay’s decision to construct a new building instead of expanding its existing manufacturing space.

Construction of the new facility is set to begin in July and be completed in first quarter 2018. All manufacturing and R&D employees will be relocated when it opens.​
