HOUSTON – Hines will break ground this summer on Beltway Southwest Business Park — a 950,000-sf multitenant industrial development. The project is planned for 75 acres at the northeast corner of Beltway 8 and the Fort Bend Toll Rd.

The project is a follow up to the company’s Pinto Business Park in north Houston. It has been designed for light manufacturing and distribution space.

“Many of the tenants we have done business with in north Houston have additional locations or have expressed a desire to have another location in the southwest part of town,” Hines Director Charlie Meyer said.

The first phase of construction will begin in July and consist of two buildings totaling more than 350,000 sf. Space will be available for lease first quarter 2016.
