Two shopping centers completed in Katy’s new Grand Crossing development

​​KATY – Edifis Group has completed two shopping centers in the new Grand Crossing development located on I-10 and the Grand Parkway in Katy.

The centers, situated next to a new Costco, span 20,000 sf, have been completed and well leased at 100 percent and 85 percent occupancy respectively.

The centers recently signed T-Mobile, Mattress Firm, American Dental, Sleep Number and Mattress Pro in the development, and nearby the Energy Corridor and master-planned communities such as Cinco Ranch, Kelliwood and Great Lakes.
