​​GRAYSON COUNTY – North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) has released its third quarter 2015 Marketwatch Report.

In 3Q 2015 home sales were down to 674 compared to 877 in 2014, a 23.1 percent decrease. Closed sales increased from 418 in 3Q 2014 to 453, an 8.4 percent increase.

Median sales prices of home rose 10.8 percent from last year to $134,100. The average sales price increased 3.0 percent to $155,987 as well.

The average days on market fell to 62 days in 3Q 2015, down 33.6 percent from the previous year.
