Nederland’s Philpott Toyota expands showroom and services

​​NEDERLAND – The Philpott Toyota dealership has expanded and opened its showroom and lot at 2229 US 69 in Nederland at the Spurlock Rd. exit. The new building totals 31,000 sf.

Bob Thewman, general manager, said they outgrew the former showroom that was next door to the Ford showroom and they now have more room to display cars.

The new complex includes a showroom building, service drive and service building. They will sell new and used Toyotas and Scions.  

The dealership also has rights to the undeveloped land next door. It’s still undecided what will be done with it.
