​​FORT WORTH - Austin health chain My Fit Foods is opening a 30,000-sf central kitchen in Fort Worth.

The kitchen, at 15,600 Trinity Blvd., will prepare meals daily for My Fit Foods’ 38 Texas and Oklahoma locations, with the ability to serve additional stores and distribution channels.

More than 150 workers are set to be employed at the facility as quality assurance and distribution staff, executive chefs and cooks.

Construction on the kitchen began earlier in the spring, and the kitchen now is in operation.
