GEPAR: El Paso area home sales October 2015

EL PASO – The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors
(GEPAR) has released home sales data for October 2015.

• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased
  to $124,450, down 0.4 percent from September 2015.
• Existing single-family home sales decreased 2.0 percent from
  September 2015 for an October 2015 total of 394 sold units.
• Condos increased in price to $108,250, up 8.0 percent from
  September 2015.
• Existing condo sales increased 91.7 percent in October 2015
  over September 2015 for a total of 23 sold units.
