Holiday Inn Austin Midtown sells for $17.5M

​NORTH AUSTIN - The Holiday Inn Austin Midtown has been acquired for $17.5 million by a partnership of Alliance Development and Compass Lodging Advisors. 

The nine-story, 189-room hotel was recently renovated and features 15,000 sf of meeting space, a swimming pool, fitness center, business center and cocktail bar.

The hotel is located at 6000 Middle Fiskville Rd., adjacent to the old Highland Mall.

The mall was recently acquired by Austin Community College and is currently being redeveloped into its flagship campus which will have an enrollment of over 7,500 students this upcoming year. ​​
