​THE WOODLANDS – Wulfe & Co. will soon develop a more than 40,500 sf of mixed-use space in The Woodlands, at the entrance of the East Shore neighborhood.

Located at the northwest corner of Grogan’s Mill Rd. near the intersection of Woodlands Pkwy., the two-story development will be known as East Shore Place​.

It will include more than 17,000 sf of space for retail on the first level and 23,000 sf for Class A office space on the second level.

The center will also include a four-story parking garage and space for a two-story restaurant, according to plans released by Wulfe & Co. Currently, 18,280 sf are available for lease.

Construction on the development is slated to begin on the project in early 2016, the Houston Chronicle reports.
