​​STAFFORD – Texas Instruments has sold 192 acres on the Southwest Fwy. in this town just southwest of Houston. The buyer was an affiliate of Edge Realty of Dallas.

The city has approved plans for a mixed-use development with a 400,000-sf retail center, office space, a hotel and multifamily.

Street Level Investments has been working on the development, which had once included a proposed Simon Premium Outlet.​​
