Your Town apartment market overview Sept. 2015

​​​YOUR TOWN, TEXAS – How is the apartment market faring in
your area? Apartment Market Data Research Services LLC has released September 2015
data for most Texas cities. 

‘Total reporting’ is only the units who replied to the survey. Apartment MarketData Research targets to survey 90 percent of multifamily projects over 100 units. 

Please note that the core data are provided by property owners and their representatives.

However, due to call backs, unavailability of the data at the time of the survey, it is estimated that about 85 percent of those projects reflect data that is current.​

When surveying apartment projects, the intent is to report occupancy figures EXCLUDING preleased units.
