STAFFORD - Texas Instruments completed the sale of its 956,000-sf campus in Stafford to Dallas-based EDGE Realty Partners.
EDGE received approval from The Stafford County Council to redevelop the 192-acre site, which sits just south of the I-69 and W. Airport Blvd. intersection in Houston's Hwy. 59/Hwy. 90 Industrial submarket.
Local sources note the site has been approved for mixed-use development.
The sale includes six buildings totaling 956,000 sf of vacant industrial space Texas Instruments deemed as excess corporate real estate.
