San Antonio business center changes hands

​​​​SAN ANTONIO – ​Locally based Peloton Commercial Real Estate has acquired the seven properties that make up the Northbrook Business Center at 140 Heimer Rd. ​

Completed in 1986, the Northbrook Business Center includes 106,844 sf of office and flex space. The buildings were roughly 80 percent occupied at the time of sale.
