MIDLOTHIAN – NOVUS Realty Advisors has negotiated the sale of 31.8 acres on the southeast corner of the US 287 bypass and FM 663 for the development of Midlothian Towne Center.
The buyer, Weber & Co., plans to develop a 53-acre regional shopping center there.
Kroger Marketplace will anchor the development. The center will have ten pad sites for retailers and restaurants.
Construction will begin this coming March and finish in April 2017.
The city, located in Ellis County, has seen a 136 percent population increase since 2000.
