SABOR: San Antonio home sales Oct. 2015

​​​SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) has
released home sales data for October 2015.

• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased
  to $177,000, down 2.7 percent from September 2015.

• Existing single-family home sales decreased 10.9 percent
  from September 2015 for an October 2015 total of 1,848 sold units.

• Condos decreased in price to $99,000, down 19.5 percent from
  September 2015.

• Existing condo sales decreased 11.5 percent in October 2015 from
  September 2015 for a total of 54 sold units.
