TROPHY CLUB – Construction on the initial phase of the $230 million "crown jewel" of Trophy Club Town Center is slated to start in early 2016 by the joint venture of Beck Ventures and North American Properties.

The mixed-use development will bring roughly 270 apartments and 11,000 sf of retail to the 26-acre Trophy Club development.

Dallas-Fort Worth’s next mixed-use shopping center — Trophy Club Town Center — could become a reality soon. Developer Scott Beck says he could break ground on the project this year.

"This will be the crown jewel of Trophy Club Town center, which started 26 years ago," Scott Beck, president of Beck Ventures said. "We are excited to bring a world class development to Trophy Club."

The initial phase of the multi-phase development is expected to cost upwards of $85 million.
