AUSTIN - Oskar Blues, a Colorado-based brewery, signed a ten-year lease to backfill BFI’s 51,500-sf space at 10420 Metric Blvd.
The single-story, 100,100-sf industrial facility was built in 1978 in the North Industrial submarket.
Oskar Blues will join current tenants Texas Gas and Roger Beasley Collision Center in the complex beginning in April 2016.
