Austin’s 344-unit Wildwood and 160-unit Club Creek sold

​​AUSTIN - Austin-based The PPA Group has closed the purchase of two multifamily properties, the 344-unit Wildwood Apartments and 160-unit Club Creek Apartments.

Wildwood Apartments consists of one- and two-bedroom units and is located at 7610 Cameron Rd., just off the US 183 exit.

Club Creek also consists of one- and two-bedroom units and is located ​at ​502​ West Longspur Blvd., just off North Lamar Blvd.

Built in the mid-1980s, both properties have undergone some internal and external renovations with the previous owners.

However, The PPA Group plans to complete additional renovations.
